Preacher bench

Power rack 

The power rack is similar to the preacher bench, but it comes with more features. This type of set is also easier to move around than the preacher bench.

Flat bench 

A flat bench is similar to a standard chair, but it has a raised area on one side that makes it perfect for lifting weights. The downside is that this type of bench isn’t as versatile as other types of weight sets and isn’t as easy to adjust heightwise. 

The types of weight sets you buy will depend on your needs. If you’re just starting out, a preacher bench may be the best option because it’s simple and affordable.

If you plan to use your weight set regularly, a power rack may be a better investment because it offers more features and is more versatile.
